We talk a lot about anxiety, where or what do you do to reduce your anxiety?

I love to walk in nature and visit the sea uninterrupted by socials and tech. A good sunset leaves me feeling content at the end of the day.

There is lots written about anxiety and depression and in a world where everything is on view I can understand why. I am of the age where we didnt have social media when I was growing up, if someone had a great car, wore a new dress you saw it in the flesh not on a screen along with lots of other people.
